Description: 'After You' is an imaginative spy themed, sweaty-palmed swashbuckling rocker which is evocatively suggestive of various thematic opportunities for film or television. It was mixed with an orchestra lay-out in mind, with tympani to the left, strings to the front, and brass behind etc. Flamenco guitar, castanets, tamboura, sitar, horns, sizzling electric guitars and a reversed cymbal crash [sounding like a knife being sharpened] characterize this dramatic tension-tinged track. After You, I insist...

Story Behind the Music: There is a patch on the Roland D-50 by the name of 'Breathy Chiffer' that was the inspiration for this composition. It came to me during a seminal period in the late 80's, and I knew that when I finished the original digital tracks, that the production would be tedious and experimental. Over 48 tracks later, 'After You' was almost five months in production.

What is a LandscapeHD film? LandscapeHD films combine the worlds greatest classical and instrumental music with breathtaking HD imagery from around the world
Which comes first the music or the pictures? LandscapeHD is first and foremost a music television network. We start with the music and then create a production that is sympathetic to it.

Although only available in standard definition, LandscapeHD will be available as part of this programming to promote its music video download store and build a new audience amongst cable companies - many of whom will never before have been able to see Landscape and its format.

Nick Austin, Chairman of LandscapeHD says "Art Channel is a really good television concept that will also be very good for Landscape. Now viewers can see our HD music clips before they buy them in HD or the AppleTV format. It will give people a very good idea of what the LandscapeHD channel will be doing next year and forms part of our co-operative marketing venture to build awareness of the LandscapeHD and Art Channel brands"

This is fantastic. Smooth and Jazzy with hints of tango tap dancers and highly dramatic overtones of a stalking rapidly intensifying chase. nice mood guitars and catching-your-breath soft synths..

"Reminds me of being in a Spielberg movie or Battlestar Gallactica...You may want to pitch your music to film directors...This track goes beyond the usual ground of a keyboard player this has real mood and feel to it driven by a muted trumpet with orchestrated parts that brings in percussion and a sound much bigger than Mozart or Rick Wakeman ..In fact this should be in the next Science Film blockbuster! 11/10 Excellent track This would be great to hear in Australia with a fully fledged orchestra and muso's!"
